Paul joined the firm as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1999, before which he held positions in the Technology and Management Accounting sectors.
Paul manages a substantial client portfolio with a particular focus on the Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Construction Sectors.
Responsible for the development and support of new business, he specialises in working with start-ups to advise on the implementation of business models and financing structures.
Paul has managed a number of significant client acquisitions and disposals and has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of continuous commercial matters including corporate restructures and negotiation of appropriate financing solutions.
