Having previously worked as a Tax Director with a large practice in Dublin for 11 years, Pierce joined Porter and Co as Tax Manager in 2006.
Pierce, who heads up our Tax Department, is also responsible for the provision of Company Secretarial services to the firm’s clients.
In this combined role, Pierce focuses on advising and implementing tax efficient and compliant business structures, on maximising claims for available tax reliefs and for meeting both tax and company secretarial compliance obligations.
Pierce is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and is an Associate Member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
